The event served as both a review of 2024 achievements and a launchpad for 2025 objectives, reflecting Elanco’s vision to become the trusted leader in animal health across diverse, high-impact markets.

Elanco International Executive Director and Vice President Ramiro Cabral addressed the team via video message, underlining the company’s global ambition: “Growth, innovation, and profitability must be the key focus in 2025. Our products are leaders in a highly competitive global market because of decades of proven results, strong technical expertise, and our dedication to R&D. Above all, our priority is to deliver value to our customers and help them recognize that value.”

Following Cabral’s message, Alper Keskiner, Senior Director for Elanco Turkiye, Middle East, and North Africa, emphasized that even amid economic and geopolitical challenges in the region, “Elanco continues to rise. When you have a team that is connected, passionate, and happy, success becomes inevitable.”

Anna Pavlova: A Voice of Strategic Vision

A key highlight of the event was the leadership of Anna Pavlova, Russia & REU Country Director, who co-moderated the sessions alongside Keskiner. Her presence not only marked the operational integration of the Russia region into the R-TMEA structure, but also symbolized a forward-looking collaboration between diverse markets.

Speaking at the event, Pavlova underscored the importance of cohesion and local empowerment:

The 2025 R-TMEA Kick-Off concluded with a series of breakout sessions, social activities, and reflections from senior management, including Barış Kolgu, who highlighted the power of unity and open dialogue in strengthening regional execution.
