Judith A. Weinstein, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Phibro Animal Health Corporation, has spent over 17 years with the company, a journey marked by professional growth and a deep appreciation for the diverse colleagues she has met along the way.
Joining Phibro in 2008 as Associate General Counsel, Weinstein quickly rose through the ranks. By 2017, she was promoted to Vice President, Legal, and, after more than 15 years of dedication and leadership, she took on her current role as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary in July 2023.
Throughout her tenure, Weinstein has encountered individuals from all walks of life and regions of the world. She notes that the opportunity to connect with such a wide array of people has been one of the most rewarding aspects of her role. “I truly enjoy learning from my colleagues’ diverse backgrounds and experiences,” said Weinstein. “It’s a unique and enriching aspect of being part of #TeamPhibro.”
Before joining Phibro, Weinstein gained extensive legal experience at globally recognized companies, particularly in the pharmaceutical, food, medical devices, and cosmetics industries. She held key positions at Novartis AG, where she served as Associate General Counsel for the Gerber Products Company, overseeing global legal matters and serving on the Gerber Executive Management Team. She also worked as Senior Corporate Counsel at Pfizer Inc., handling legal responsibilities for Celebrex®, and as Assistant General Counsel for Elizabeth Arden, Inc..
Her career in law began at Burditt & Radzius, Chartered, a firm specializing in food and drug law. Weinstein earned her B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she served as President of the Student Bar Association.
