The 2026 Latin American Poultry Summit (LAPS) is set for Monday, Jan. 26, 2026, in Atlanta, bringing together industry leaders from across the Americas to discuss the future of poultry production, innovation and sustainability. Announced on Nov. 4, 2025 from Tucker, Ga., the one-day program promises expert sessions, global viewpoints and networking aimed at driving progress and collaboration across the poultry value chain.
The summit will open with presentations of research projects from the Latin American Poultry Association (ALA), setting a science-focused tone that links research directly with strategy and field practice. LAPS is presented by the International Poultry Expo, part of the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE), together with ALA.
