Royal Canin strengthens Turkiye team with new veterinary and professional channel leader

17/12/2025

Royal Canin has announced a key appointment as it continues to reinforce its organization in Turkiye. Burcu Terzioglu has joined the company as Veterinary and Professional Channel Sales and Marketing Director, bringing 16+ years of sales management and commercial leadership experience from the fast-moving consumer goods sector.

Terzioglu spent much of her career at Procter & Gamble (P&G) in senior leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Distributor Operations and Trade Marketing Director, leading P&G Turkiye’s pharmacy channel.

Beyond her commercial background, Terzioglu is also active in gender equality initiatives. She continues to contribute to the LEAD Network Association, which focuses on increasing women’s representation in the retail sector. She holds a double major degree from Koc University, graduating in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration.

Terzioglu said she was excited to join an organization that supports animal health through scientifically formulated nutrition, and highlighted the central role of veterinarians in Royal Canin’s value ecosystem. She noted that her priorities will include contributing more strongly to the value chain developed alongside veterinary expertise, supporting veterinarians in their professional journey, and delivering solutions that directly address their needs. She also emphasized a focus on sustainable growth for stakeholders through projects that combine science, field realities, and insights—supported by trust, transparency, and a shared purpose.
